Chelsea Farm Oyster Bar at 222 Market is a space to sell and celebrate the local bounty of the tides.  With a family friendly atmosphere and a 21+ bar section, it's a place to celebrate with friends and family.  From a quick casual lunch or a romantic date night, THE Oyster Bar offers it all.  Although there is emphasis on OUR own shellfish and other local VARIETIES, the Oyster Bar caters to the non-seafood loving patron too.

EXECUTIVE CHEF
AUSTIN NAVARRE

Born and raised in Eastern Washington, he's been a practicing Chef since the age of 18.  From Seattle to Olympia, he's worked with Monsoon, Ba Bar, Frank's Oyster House, and Dockside Bistro and Wine Bar. Before making his way to Chelsea Farms Oyster Bar, he's spent time as a Kitchen Consultant and caterer in the greater Seattle area.  

With a love of Family-Style-Food and a heavy Asian Influence, Chef Navarre is able to use local ingredients and the bounty of the tides to create seasonal offerings. Weekly menu specials are influenced by seasonal offerings and flavor inspiration.

CODY GOODWIN

 

Born and raised in the South Sound, Cody has come home to Olympia after spending the majority of the past decade tending bar and managing restaurants in Seattle.  A six year veteran of Tom Douglas Restaurants, managing Palace Kitchen and Cuoco, as well as Capitol Hill's Single Shot, he is also Seattle's only two-time Woodford Reserve Master of the Manhattan winner and has studied with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Cody says you'll expect a constantly evolving seasonal cocktail menu using local ingredients, and that he loves to push boundaries and expand palates. You may also see him around town singing and playing guitar from time to time.
